What It Is:

Dermal fillers are injectable treatments designed to add volume, smooth out wrinkles, and enhance facial features. Commonly treated areas include the cheeks, lips, smile lines (nasolabial folds), and jawline. Results are visible right away, with little to no downtime—some mild swelling or bruising may occur and typically resolves within a couple of days.

Types:

Hyaluronic Acid Fillers: Offer hydration and volume by attracting moisture to the skin. Popular brands include Juvederm and Restylane.

Collagen-Stimulating Fillers: Help boost the skin’s own collagen production for longer-lasting firmness and volume (e.g. Sculptra).

Fat Transfer: Uses fat harvested from the patient’s body to restore volume naturally and subtly.
