BBL to help treat Rosacea

BBL, also known as BroadBand Light, helps to reduce redness and inflammation associated with Rosacea while making skin look clearer, more even-toned and youthful. BBL targets melanin in pigmentation, haemoglobin in blood vessels and bacteria that sit on the skin's surface. As a photo facial BBL also helps treat photo ageing. The wavelengths of light absorbed by the targeted areas target skin redness and stimulate the skin to regenerate leading to a reduction in overall redness and visibility of blood vessels. It also helps in controlling inflammation, thereby reducing the frequency and intensity of rosacea flare-ups. To treat Rosacea the recommended treatment plan is 1 treatment every 4 weeks.
