Dr Zamani shares her exclusive tips with downtown magazine on how to glow from the inside out. She recommends first exfoliating and removing dead skin cells. She recommends doing this using a natural konjac sponge which can add luster to dull skin. Hydration is also an important part of any skin routine, and Dr Zamani recommends a moisturiser which has a SPF and Vitamin C to protect your skin and give it a glowing effect. She also recommends eating lots of fruits and vegetables to get rid of harmful toxins in the body and make the skin look more youthful.
